It doesn’t matter if you don’t know a thing about Pilates or Cardiolates that’s why we’re here.

Whatever your age or physical condition, we will help you reach your mind/body goals with unique methods designed especially for you.

Students entering the studio are matched with a certified Instructor to introduce them to the practice of Pilates. The private session helps the instructor identify the movement patterns that need to be addressed for better posture and fitness. The Initial lesson includes work on the Pilates Apparatus as well as floor exercises.

Our goal is to give you a place to practice the Pilates Method in small supervised classes in a tranquil setting. Unlike many gym-style Pilates classes that focus on having as many people as possible in a class; we tailor a program to fit the student's needs and goals in small manageable class. Classes are limited to keep the quality of instruction at a high level.
